Luann is one of our most seasoned Ultrasound Technicians and has been with us for over 10 years. She received her education at Weber State University where she completed the Registered Technologist program in 1981. She was employed as an X-Ray Technician at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. She then went on to complete the Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program in 1986 and continued working at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center performing all different scopes of ultrasounds for IHC. She worked closely with the Perinatologists at the hospital as well as other entities of the medical field.

Dr. Parker approached Luann to come on board as an employee of Mt. Timpanogos Women’s Health Care in August of 1994. She has been a dedicated worker and enjoyed her employment for MTWHC all these years.

Luann does all the leg work to have us nationally accredited by the American College of Radiology every year; which takes many extra hours to do.

Luann lives in Pleasant Grove with her husband Tracy and three children. She loves to ski, travel and try all different types of restaurants. She loves traveling, especially to an ocean, with her family.

Luann is known in our office to never be wrong when confirming the gender of a baby when performing an OB Ultrasound. She especially loves to see how excited parents are to see their baby wiggling fingers and toes.
