If traveling on I – 15 freeway South Bound , exit at American Fork 5th East (exist 276). Travel North from the exit through one stop light and at the next stop light (State Street), turn right. Travel East about 1 mile at the second stop light (2000 West in Pleasant Grove or 1100 East in American Fork, AF Hospital Road), Turn left. Go over the railroad tracks and turn right on the 2nd street (800 North). We are directly behind Tri-City Medical.

If traveling on State Street from Orem , go through Pleasant Grove past the Purple Turtle. Continue traveling through the light and under the railroad bridge. Once you pass Macey’s Grocery Store, continue traveling West through one stop light and at second stop light (2000 West in Pleasant Grove or 1100 East in American Fork, AF Hospital Road), turn right. If traveling on State Street from American Fork or Lehi , travel East on State Street. Go through the stop light on 1st East, travel around the corner and past McDonalds to the 5th East stop light. Continue East through the stop light, for about 1 mile. (You will be passing Gold’s Gym and Roberts Craft.) At the second stop light (2000 West in Pleasant Grove or 1100 East in American Fork, AF Hospital Road), Turn left. Go over the railroad tracks and turn right on the 2nd street (800 North).
